Are the patterns safe for a baby's room?
The wallpaper is printed on Spoonflower's water-activated and peel-and-stick substrates, both of which are made with their own non-toxic inks and tested for nursery use. Fabric items are printed on standard Spoonflower bases. Always follow each item's care instructions and use crib bedding per current safe-sleep guidance.
How are the products made?
BWB designs the patterns and art. Wallpaper, curtains, fabric, and home-decor textiles are printed on demand and shipped by Spoonflower. Wall prints and any paper goods are produced through our print partners.
Can I mix scales of the same pattern?
Yes, and it's one of the best ways to use a small-pattern wallpaper with larger-scale curtains or bedding. Many of our woodland designs are available at multiple scales for exactly this reason.
What if I want a bird-only nursery instead?
Use the songbirds or warblers collections for a more bird-forward look, or filter the woodland nursery designs by the ones that feature only birds. The aesthetic still reads woodland but skips the mammals.
